One of the members of the Guitar Noise Forums recently wrote to tell me he’d bought a copy of The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Playing Rock Guitar.
And then he let me know that he’s also started a blog in order to post his review of the book. He intends to go through it chapter by chapter and not only post his thoughts and ideas but to also put up music files of him playing the various exercises and examples in the book.
He’s up to Chapter 3 and so far it’s been a very interesting read! You definitely want to hear his take on “Double Stop Rock!”

Will the 4:30pm thursday class nov. 4 be covering the
same picking pattern as the tuesday night 6:30pm class?
